Second album after his recent single track on last Anniversary Compilation for Synflict from Germany. Studio Milano is a reference to the old studios of the sixties where the ancestor of electroacoustic music used to be created by splicing and reassembling tape loops. Hence the line "reflections of the past like echoing footsteps", which is meant as a technical reference to the characteristic tape delay sound of that era. There is also a musical aspect, of course: the parts are rather short and concise, switching from sound collage to actual music and vice versa, using a vintage production style on a contemporary music form. Where one starts and another ends one never knows: a squeaking door can be both torture for the ears, but at the same time sound like a violine, whilst real instruments can be degraded to mechanical pops and clicks. Those looking for a deep meaning in order to apply some self-taught psychology to the work may be disappointed, because there is none. The music has its origin in the usual "I wonder what happens if I do x" sentence - the prototype of all experimentation. Of course put into an appropriate form (the craft part), but still free from anything remotely connected to "concept art".
